Upon arriving in Indonesia 34 years ago in 1986, EF had received positive feedback which drove EF to open its first language school in 1995. During these years, EF has dedicated itself to assist the young generations in Indonesia to achieve their dreams through Kids and Teens program and we plan to grow even stronger for years to come! Not only EF opens the 79th school in Indonesia in Pekalongan, Central Java—this year, Small Stars 3.0 is also released with a fresh concept for all the EF students in Indonesia. As the journey continues, new adventure awaits!

Once again, EF introduces Trailblazer as a program for 10-14 years old that adapts the best practice for English learning for teenagers in Indonesia.

More than 100 staff from different backgrounds and time zone joined hands in bringing the new concept of High Flyers, a program for 7-9 years old.

Small Stars program comes into fruition

EF celebrates 2009 by opening Small Stars, a program for 3-6 years old that marks its debut under the Kids and Teens brand. Small Stars is also later nominated for the prestigious ELTon Awards and becomes one of the most popular EF programs in Indonesia.

Olympics time!

This year, EF becomes the Official Language Training Service Supplier for the Beijing Summer Olympics and educates thousands of judges, staff and volunteers.
